Right-of-way permit — public right of way
Residential Driveway - Install temporary stabilized construction entrance and construct MCDOT Standard MC-301.03 type driveway apron with culvert pipe in accordance with the County Design Standards. Permittee shall regrade and stabilize the storm drainage ditch as directed by the MMCDPS ROW Inspector. All work in the ROW shall be performed as directed by DPS ROW inspector and in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG).Restoration shall be made "in-kind" for any damage done to publicly owned property located within public ROWs that has resulted from accessing the subject property to carry out on-site improvements or repairs, or along routes used within public ROWs including delivery or removal of material and equipment. All lane and sidewalk closures and traffic controls shall comply with the MCDOT approved Traffic Control Plans, Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control (WZTTC) standards and directions of the inspector. Complete tree and stump removal and replanting practices as per MC DPS approved ROW/Roadside Tree Plan. Note: This project has separate Maryland DNR Roadside Tree Permit on file.

Restoration of ROW The existing driveway shall be used for access from the street to demolish the home. Repair any damage to the right of way as a result of demolition access and activities. Improvements in the ROW are not permitted as part of this permit as this permit only covers restoration for demolition of the home. Restoration shall be made "in-kind" of any damages done to existing improvements and haul routes in the public right-of-way caused by accessing to construction within property. All restoration works in the ROW shall be performed as directed by DPS ROW inspector and in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). All lane and sidewalk closures and traffic controls shall comply with the MCDOT approved Traffic Control Plans, Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control (WZTTC) standards and directions of the inspector.
