Stabilized Construction Entrance/Residential Driveway/Roadside Tree PlanThe existing driveway shall be used for construction access from the street to demolish the existing home and construct a new one. Once construction is complete, replace the driveway apron per the MC-301.05 County Design Standard. The 26" maple tree located in the public right of way is approved to be removed due to construction impacts. Resulting stump is to be removed. One 2" caliper silver linden tree shall be planted back into the ROW between the months of October and April. The two 4" dogwood trees located in the ROW shall be protected as approved by following the limits of disturbance and installing tree protection measures as shown. All work in the ROW shall be performed as directed by DPS ROW inspector and in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). The public sidewalk shall remain open/passable and ADA compliant throughout the entirety of construction. Restoration of the right of way shall be made "in-kind" of any damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way including haul route caused by construction. All lane and sidewalk closures and traffic controls shall comply with the MCDOT approved Traffic Control Plans, Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control (WZTTC) standards and directions of the inspector.
