HISTORIC The proposed Work for the initial phase of a comprehensive interior and select exterior renovation and addition project is the select interior, non-structural demolition. This Work includes demolition of select interior finishes, fixtures, and interior partitions in order to prepare the building for the construction scope of work being issued in the separate building alteration and repair permit submission.
