TENANT IS VACATING THE BUILDING AND SITE AND RETURNING THE SPACE BACK TO THE LANDLORD. THE TENANT LEASES SUITE LL30 PORTION OF LOWER LEVEL IN THE BUILDING. OUTDOOR UNITS FOR HVAC SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED PUMPS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BASEMENT LEVEL. THE GENERATOR LOCATED IN THE GROUND FLOOR WILL BE REMOVED AS A PART OF THIS PROJECT. THE INTERIOR LEVEL LEASE AREAS WILL BE GUTTED BACK TO BARE WALLS EXCEPT FOR THE ENTRY TO THE SUITE. VENTILATION OF THE SPACE WILL BE SWITCHED OVER TO HOUSE SYSTEMS. HOUSE ELECTRICAL SERVICE WILL REMAIN AND BE USED TO REWIRE LIGHTING AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE BUILDING AND SITE. FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS WILL BE MODIFIED TO SERVICE THE VACATED SPACE. THE SPACE WILL BE LEFT WITH CODE REQUIRED MINIMUM LIGHTING, VENTILATION AND LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS.
