SCOPE OF WORKNEW.036 MIL FIBERTITE ROOF SYSTEM FOR MAIN FLAT ROOF SYSTEM:___ Owner is obtaining permit for work___ Tear off existing roof material (up to two layers) to the decking___ Tear off roughly 2 squares of rotten/damaged wood decking___ Tear off existing Velux skylight and reinstall when work is complete___ Any replacement of rotted/damaged framing or finishing lumber NOT IN THIS SCOPE OFWORK will be written as a Contract Amendment request. These change orders will be priced based on the published price sheet and will be billed according to the job specifications of that contract. ___ Re-nail any loose roof deck to the roof rafters___ Provide and install 2 squares of new CDX plywood decking (as necessary to replace rotten/damaged decking) 4x8x3/4 inch sheets___ Provide and install 7 squares of two layers 1 inch polyisocyanurate insulation to the roof deck___ Provide and install 7 squares of Fibertite roof system installed in a mechanical fashion.036mil___ Provide and install 38 feet of new aluminum coping along shared wall with neighbor for proper tie-in of roofing systems___ Provide and install 2 new Fibertite pipe collars___ Provide and install all new counterflashing against chimney bricks___ Provide and install 74 feet of aluminum drip edge___ Provide limited lifetime Fibertite material and lifetime workmanship warranties with complimentary annual inspections___ Clean gutters of roofing debris.___ Clean up and haul off all roofing debris from property.___ Protect landscaping as best as possible.
