New office was previously converted to a laundry room, the laundry room was relocated to the second floor. The new office is not approved as a bedroom. NO SECOND KITCHEN APPROVED.

All lane and sidewalk closures and traffic controls shall comply with the MCDOT approved Traffic Control Plans, Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control (WZTTC) standards and directions of the inspector. NOTE: A Maryland DNR Roadside Tree Project permit is not required if the trunk, crown and root system of publicly owned trees located near the apron construction project are protected from construction activities. If MCDPS determines that these trees have been negatively impacted by the permitted work then the permit holder may need to obtain an approved Maryland DNR permit and an amended MCDPS Roadside Tree Plan; and may be subject to additional fees, and stump removal and tree replanting requirements.
