HISTORIC The approved permit B2408872 has a lateral forces design that is incorrect. The problem is ONLY at the main floor front wall which has so much window and door opening that the design braced walls cannot be placed. This is a revision to provide a correct lateral forces design at the front wall of the house.

New single family with accessory apartment. This lot has never been developed. This will be one of four new homes, two detached and two semi-detached. The other homes are at 1321, 1325 and 1325-1/2 Maple View Pl. SE. There will be three floors and an attic above. The site is sloped across and lumpy front to back. The four homes will be the same I concept and construction. Two will share a party wall and therefore have a different floor plan. Please assign the same reviewer team to all four houses. Trying to address comments from four teams with different comments becomes very difficult. It is also impractical because the same builder will build all homes at the same time.
