A concrete walk area and ADA accessible ramps shall be provided. A new 4 SCH40 PVC sanitary sewer lateral shall tie in to the existing sanitary, sewer main. A new 1.5 diameter type K copper combined service lateral shall connect to the existing water main. Stormwater management is neither required nor provided. The limits of disturbance shall be aligned with silt fence.
