Install new 1-inch polyisocyanurate insulation board, mechanically attached to the deck, and install a new 50-mil Elvaloy KEE single-ply membrane, heat-welded, with new perimeter edge metal, wall flashing, and coping.Remove the existing red natural Vermont slate on the front mansard and replace with new Vermont Red natural slate, matching the existing in material, color, texture, and dimension. No change to rafters, roof deck, or roof structure. No change to the insulation at the ceiling assembly below the roof deck. No change to the footprint of the existing structure. No change in overall building height other than the thickness of the board.
