We are removing ducts and installing new ducts for a one fan coil unit. This will match the new layout provided by the architect. We will also be moving a fan coil unit 5 feet and reconnecting to the existing condenser and chilled water lines. We will add one exhaust fan and a fan coil providing 600 cfm's additional for a class room.
