***FEDERAL The scope of work includes sewer pipe repair and rehabilitation activities at Joint Base AnacostiaBolling (JBAB), 20 McDill Blvd. The current BCIV permit (BCIV2300142)which has already received four extensionsis scheduled to expire on July 3, 2026. Accordingly, DC Water is submitting a new BCIV permit application to cover the remaining work, which is anticipated to be completed by January 31, 2027. The limits of disturbance (LOD) for this work are confined to the area directly above the sewer pipe segment to be repaired, totaling approximately 4,480 square feet. All erosion and sediment control (E&SC) measures required for the project will be furnished, installed, and maintained by the contractor in accordance with applicable District and federal standards.

***FEDERAL THE PROPOSED WORK INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF BUILDING 3618 LOCATED AT JOINT BASE ANACOSTIABOLLING (JBAB). THE EXISTING STRUCTURE CONSISTS OF TWO SECTIONS, EACH TWO STORIES IN HEIGHT, CONNECTED BY A CENTRAL ENTRANCE AND STAIRWELL. THE DEMOLITION WILL REMOVE THE ENTIRE BUILDING DOWN TO GRADE, WHILE PRESERVING THE FOUNDATION, ABOVE-GRADE CONCRETE SLAB, ADJACENT WALKWAYS, AND SURROUNDING PAVEMENTS. NO EXCAVATION OR SUBSURFACE DISTURBANCE IS PROPOSED.
