NEW DOUBLE HEIGHT SPACE AT THE LOWER LEVEL WITH FIRE RATED PARTITIONS AT THE UPPER LEVEL TO PROTECT THE OPENING. TENANT FIT-OUT TO INCLUDE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING PARTITIONS; AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PARTITIONS AND DOORS. NEW ELECTRICAL WORK TO MODIFY LIGHTING AND POWER TO REFLECT NEW PLAN. ALL ELECTRICAL RUNS ARE TO CONNECT TO EXISTING BUILDING MAIN ELECTRICAL ROOM. EXISTING DUCTWORK WILL BE MODIFIED TO REFLECT NEW PLAN. SPRINKLER, FIRE DETECTION, AND FIRE ALARM WORK WILL BE DONE ON A DESIGN BUILD BASIS BY THE CONTRACTOR HIRED VENDOR. THESE VENDORS WILL OBTAIN THEIR OWN PERMITS BY PRODUCING THEIR OWN CODE CONFORMING DESIGN USING THEIR OWN STAMPED AND SIGNED DRAWINGS.
