Scope of Work associated with 350-ft 911 Communications Tower to be located in 65-ft x 65-ft fenced in, graveled compound. Includes relocated 12'x36' shelter, with internal generator. Shelter will be relocated from soon-to-be demolished smoke stack to the proposed tower site. This permit includes all associated foundation/ground work. This permit does not include the tower or tower foundation work (that is under COMBUILD-1159913). This permit also does not include the wireless antenna installations on the proposed tower, that will be under a separate wireless permit.

Equipment shelter relocation and antenna installation work on separate related permits -- 12x36 shelter, with internal generator will be relocated from the soon to be demolished smoke stack to the proposed tower site. The site will be available for colocations. There will be two VHF antennas and 3 microwave antennas as well as 1 TMA.
