THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING WILL BE CLEANED AND REPAIRED AS NECESSARY, WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE REPLACED AND ADDED, AND THE EXISTING FIRE ESCAPE AND BALCONIES WILL BE REMOVED.
