THE EXISTING FENCE ALONG THE STREET SHALL BE EXTENDED SO IT ENDS FLUSH WITH THE EXISTING RETAINING WALL TO REMAIN. AN EXTENSION OF THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE PROVIDED NORTH OF THE ARTIFICIAL TURF. THE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE SHALL BE RINGED BY SILD FENSE AND FILTER SOCK. THE ATHLETIC FIELD IS FOR PUBLIC USE BY PROVIDING 6 INCHES OF GRAVEL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ARTIFICIAL TURF SECTION, WE ARE MEETING THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FIELD. FOR THE PARKING LOT EXTENSION, THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS ARE MET VIA 3 BIORETENTION FACILITIES
