REVISION #2 OF PERMIT #B2600212 Permit Revision 2 includes additional scope to reconstruct the existing stair from the first floor to the second floor in order to comply with current Code requirements. Modifications to this stair resulted in minor adjustments to the previously approved stairs from first floor to basement (included in Original Permit) and second floor to third floor (included in Revision #1). The stair section has been updated to reflect the revised stair configuration. Work also includes underpinning in the basement level.
