Historic District Replacement of current fence between backyard and back parking pad in addition of 4 feet of fence on property line with 2832 27th. Replacement is entirely on my property however the four additional fee will be on my property along the property line with 2832. Ill move the current location of the fence for feet toward the alley. Hell be a mostly wood fence but will use aluminium posts instead of 4x4 wood posts. Fence posts will be mounted on the concrete pad with concrete screws.
