Install one layer of 2.5" polyisocyanurate mechanically fastened over the existing decking at a rate of 6 screws per board. Install one layer of 060 Sika Plan PVC membrane mechanically fastened over the existing insulation. Install 060Sika Plan PVC membrane to walls and equipment curbs. Install base flashing to walls, curbs, and other roof penetrations. Install pipe seals and pitch pockets. Install a walkway at the roof hatch and service sides of units 200 L.F included.
