SCOPE OF WORKSlateTec Installation: 1. Remove existing Slate and Shingle roof, underlayment, flashings, and haul from premises.2. Remove and Reuse existing step flashing in good condition.2. Inspect the conditions of existing wood decking. 3. Install one course of ice and water shield at the eaves, valleys, and penetrations. 4. Install Synthetic underlayment over the remainder of the roof. 5. Install Slate with one layer of HDPE interlayment between each course. TPO Roof Replacement:1. Remove existing roof membrane, underlayment, and flashings and haul from premises. 2. Inspect conditions of existing wood decking. Furnish and install Elevate UltraPly SA TPO (light gray or white) over ? inch HD insulation. 3. Furnish and install drip edge. 4. Clean and dispose of all job-related debris and haul from the premises. Siding on Dormer Replacement:Remove existing Slate, deteriorated trim, and house wrap from dormer cheeks and face.Inspect substrate and if substrate needs to be replaced, it will be replaced at an additional cost.Install new Tyvek house wrap.Install pre-painted Boral Shiplap siding at 6 exposure. Color to be chosen by customer. Corners will be mitered. New wood trim will be installed on entire perimeter of dormer to match existing as close as possible.Deteriorated TrimRemove sections of deteriorated trim. Replace with new wood trim and moulding to match existing as close as possible.Note: Any plywood that needs to be replaced will be replaced at an additional rate of $95.00 / sheet. If the wood decking is board sheathing, any boards that needs to be replaced will be replaced at an additional cost of $6.50 / linear foot.
