SCOPE OF WORKShingle Roof Replacement:1. Remove existing shingle roof (one layer), underlayments and flashings and haul from premises. 2. Inspect conditions of existing wood decking. Any plywood that needs to be replaced will be replaced at an additional rate of $95.00/sheet. If the wood decking is board sheathing, any boards that need to be replaced will be replaced at an additional cost of $6.50/linear foot.3. Install one course of ice and water shield at the eaves, valleys, around all pipe jacks, and other penetrations.4. Install Diamond Deck synthetic felt over remainder of the roof.5. Install aluminum drip edge at all eaves and rakes.6. Install Swift Start shingle starter at eaves and rakes, CertainTeed Landmark fiberglass shingles (architectural shingles), Shingle vent II ridge vents at the ridges, hip and ridge shingles, and aluminum neoprene ring pipe collars at the pipe jacks.7. Shingles on mansard to be installed following steep slope guidelines, using 6 nails per shingle.8.
