CFA / H Project consists of installation of new exterior site lighting serving DC Courts Buildings A and B within the Judiciary Square campus. Work includes installation of four (4) new light pole units (two (2) at Building A and two (2) at Building B), with associated concrete pole foundations/base assemblies, anchor bolts/reinforcement, and site restoration. Electrical scope includes new conduit runs and wiring to the proposed pole locations and required connections to the power source as shown on the approved drawings. Primary project address for DOB filing: 515 5th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 (Building A). Additional work location within the same campus/site: 430 4th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 (Building B). Work is limited to the areas shown on the plans; no interior building alterations are included.
