I am applying for this permit per recommendation of Mr. Kevin Carmody who is MoCo permit reviewer for Building permit#1150095 which is under review for approval to construct a retaining wall on 5309 Goldsboro Rd Bethesda MD 20817 property line. The footing of this wall encroaches into 5315 Goldsboro Rd and this permit request is to satisfy a MoCo application requirement. I own both lots #35 and #36. Lot #35 is where the wall shall be built and lot#36 is giving permission.
