A NEW DEDICATED GYM, WELCOME CENTER, LIBRARY, DINING ROOM WITH A FULL KITCHEN, AND SPECIALTY CLASSROOMS WILL ALSO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE MODERNIZATION. THE PROJECT WILL BE DESIGNED TO ACHIEVE LEED FOR SCHOOLS GOLD CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE UTILIZATION OF PV PANELS, GREEN ROOFS THAT HELP ACHIEVE 100% OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT ON SITE, HIGH-EFFICIENCY HVAC SYSTEMS, NATIVE PLANTINGS, LOW-FLOW PLUMBING FIXTURES, AND REDUCED LIGHT POLLUTION EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURES.
