In the Downtown Historic District In Chinatown THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF THE INSTALLATION OF A DUAL PATH CELLULAR COMMUNICATOR TRANSMITTED OVER SEPARATE NETWORKS/CARRIERS TO REPLACE THE EXISTING TELEPHONE LINES. THE NEW PANEL SHALL BE INSTALLED ABOVE THE EXISTING FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR ELECTRICAL ROOM AND SHALL BE TIED INTO THE FACP FOR TROUBLE, SUPERVISORY, AND ALARM MONITORING. THE NEW CELLULAR COMMUNICATOR SHALL CONTAIN ITS OWN BATTERY BACK UP WITH A 7AH BATTERY. THERE IS NOT ADDITIONAL LOAD TO THE EXISTING FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND THE ORIGINAL SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS SHALL REMAIN AS ORIGINALLY APPROVED.
