CFA Replacement of three (3) existing vertical dual-temperature closed-loop riser piping systems (Risers 1, 13, and 24) in an existing 9-story mixed-use cooperative. Work: remove and replace supply/return L-type copper riser piping and PVC condensate drain; new isolation and ball valves; pipe insulation and floor-penetration firestopping; interior drywall removal and repair; and exterior balcony masonry demolition (approx. 24" x 96" per floor at the pipe chase) rebuilt to match existing. Asbestos abatement of pipe insulation performed under a separate DOEE permit by a licensed abatement subcontractor. Fan coil unit replacement is not included in this permit.
