Placing crane on St Elmo Street between Woodmont Avenue and Norfolk Avenue for hoisting materials to 7910 Woodmont Avenue and closing sidewalk for pedestrian safety. Hutchinson International Corp. T/A United Rigging has been given permission to stage the crane operation on St Elmo Street on weekends weather permitting starting Saturday May 2nd and Sunday May 3rd, 2026 with backup weather date of Saturday May 16th, and Sunday May 17th, 2026 between the hours of 7AM - 7PM in accordance with the attached approved traffic control plan with all requirements and the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). The permittee is responsible for notifying all the business/residents a minimum of 48 hours in advance in writing to inform them of scope and duration of the closure. The Noise Control Waiver from MC DEP is required for work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM (between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM during weekends and holidays). Restoration of the right of way shall be made "in-kind" of any damage done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way including haul route caused by construction. The permittee agrees to hold Montgomery County harmless from any liability associated with operation of crane in the public right of way.Revision #1: Revision on one lane access to road closure on St Elmo Street between Woodmont Avenue and Norfolk Avenue due to crane occupancy. Place temporary chiller within the public right of way. Permittee must. We will have a temporary Chiller on a 53' trailer and will be parked on two parking meters spaces on the side of the building on St. Elmo Ave. they had similar set last year under permit #416860. and we will run two 6" hoses into the building they will be sitting on top of commercial scaffold platform, to allow pedestrian traffic. Do not block the access to fire hydrant. The portable storage container size, location, pavement protection and warning devices such as barricades, traffic cones and/or lights are to be placed as directed by the DPS inspector and in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). Restoration of the right of way shall be made "in-kind" of any damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way, including haul route, caused by construction. The permittee agrees to hold Montgomery County harmless from any liability associated with placement of portable storage container in the public right of way. Parking Meters: The permittee shall. Meter numbers and location must be specified.

The permittee is responsible for notifying all the business/residents a minimum of 48 hours in advance in writing to inform them of scope and duration of the closure.
