In the Capitol Hill Historic District THIS PROJECT IS A CHANGE OF USE OWNER SHIP WITH CONTINUED USE AS AN DAYCARE/EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER. THE SPACE WAS RENOVATED IN 2023 AND RECEIVED AN APPROVED C-of-O PERMIT #CO2300110 TO OPERATE AS A CHURCH WITH 650 SEATS. WITHIN THE APPROVED CONDITIONS IS AN ALLOWANCE FOR DAY CARE AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSROOM USE FOR 39 CHILDREN THE COMPANY USING THE SPACE TO RUN THE DAY CARE WAS INFORMED BY OSSC THAT THEY MUST APPLY FOR A NEW THE BUILDING PERMIT AND C-of-O IN THEIR NAME TO RUN THE DAYCARE/CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER. PLANS ARE BEING SUBMITTED FOR A NEW BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW OWNER. THERE WILL BE NO STRUCTURAL OR MAJOR CHANGES. THE EXISTING SYSTEMS WILL CONTINUE TO BE USED AS IS. THE PLANS PROVIDED HERE SHOW THE EXISTING CONDITIONS OF THE SPACE. HOWEVER, THE NEW OWNER IS SEEKING TO PAINT THE SPACE, ADD NEW FLOORING AND UPGRADE THE EXISTING SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALLARM SYSTEMS AS NECESSARY TO BE FULLY CODE COMPLANT. THE SPRINKLER AND ALARM WORK WILL BE DONE BY OTHERS WHO WILL PULL SHOP DRAWING PERMITS ONCE AN APPROVED BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED.
