Existing well to be properly abandoned and sealed in accordance with COMAR 26.04.04. Any location change from the approved well site must have written approval by this Department prior to drilling. This property is in category W-6 and S-6 where there is no planned community service and an individual system may be installed on an indefinite basis without firm obligation to connect to community system when and if it becomes available.

Restoration of ROW The existing driveway shall be used for pool construction access from Goodhurst Drive. Repair any damage to the right of way as a result of construction access and activities. Restoration shall be made "in-kind" of any damages done to existing improvements and haul routes in the public right-of-way caused by accessing to construction within property. All restoration works in the ROW shall be performed as directed by DPS ROW inspector and in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). All lane and sidewalk closures and traffic controls shall comply with the MCDOT approved Traffic Control Plans, Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control (WZTTC) standards and directions of the inspector.
