In the previous permit B2503340 we were planning to do 3-4 underpinnings to secure the back and partial side wall however during demo we discovered that the condition of the wall was not fit for underpinning; so we had to demolish the back wall and partial side wall both these are not shared or are a party wall. Engineer updated the drawings as we will need foundation footing instead of underpinning for those walls. Also, attached is the approval letter from BZA for removal of the object from the roof.
