This proposed new construction, 5-story multi-family mixed-use building on the 1st floor, with commercial space, is designed to a height of 55-6 from the BHMP. The 84,627 square foot structure will contain 56 units and includes ground-level amenity spaces, flexible retail space, and a community room in the penthouse level.
